Lucy rescued at 8 weeks old with severe virus in both her eyes. She could not see for over a week, until the anit-viral medicine we gave her started to work. She then started to be able to see and 5 weeks later she is caught lounging in her leopard bed. Lucy was adopted to into a wonderful home. The family also adopted Roxanne at the same time.

Becky found in this bucket on the streets of the south Bronx, loaded
with fleas and severe upper respiratory infection. We have tried
everything to save Becky's eye, but she had to have it removed.
But that does not stop Becky. She is an energetic little kitty that is
so happy she was rescued, she does not remember the first three
horrible weeks of her life. Becky has been adopted.
This beauty is Flora. She and her brother were rescued on Friday, March
17, 2006 underground an apartment project in Far Rockaway. Her eye
was bulging out of her head. All About Spay Neuter Inc. immediately
rushed her to the vet who performed an eye inoculation. She now sits with
her foster Mommy playing marjhong on the computer and purring up a
storm. She can see that her future is bright and is so grateful that she will
not have to return to where she came from. Flora was adopted.
The image on the left is the top of the head of a feral cat that we trapped.
Shame on all the neighbors that knew about "the cat with the hole in his
head". This cat was immediately rushed to our vet, who neutered him,
cleaned out his wound and stitched him back up. The picture on the right
is him recovering after surgery. He was held by All About Spay Neuter Inc.
for two and a half weeks, until he was ready to be re-released back to his
colony.
